Overview

FuelDiary ("the App") is built with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. All data you enter into FuelDiary is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.

Information We Collect

FuelDiary does not collect any personal information. The App does not require an account, login, or registration of any kind. All data you enter — including vehicle details, fill-up logs, odometer readings, fuel costs, and photos — is stored exclusively on your device using local device storage.

Data Storage

  • All app data is stored locally on your device only
  • This includes fuel fill-up logs, oil change records, vehicle details, and photos
  • No data is transmitted to external servers
  • No cloud sync or backup is performed by the App
  • Vehicle photos you add are resized and stored locally on-device
  • Deleting the App removes all associated data from your device

Third-Party Services

FuelDiary does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any form of user identification.

Children's Privacy

FuelDiary does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The App does not collect any personal information from any user of any age.

Camera & Photos

FuelDiary may request access to your device's camera and photo library solely to allow you to add a photo of your vehicle. These photos are stored only on your device and are never transmitted anywhere.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date below. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
